Mobile Engineer

Role Description: This is a full-time remote role for Mobile Engineer (iOS/Android Native)
Responsibilities
1. Develop native enterprise IM app (iOS/Android).
2. Mobile architecture; optimize performance, battery, traffic, startup.
3. Stable backend communication.
4. Resolve mobile compatibility issues.
5. Collaborate with backend/product/testing for quality delivery.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields; 3+ years native iOS or Android.
2. iOS: Swift/ObjC; Android: Kotlin/Java; UI optimization, multithreading, memory.
3. IM/social/RTC experience preferred; WebSocket/MQTT/APNs/FCM.
4. Mobile security (encryption, cert validation), network optimization (weak network), monitoring.
5. Coding standards, unit testing, problem-solving.
6. Good communication, learning, teamwork.
