Job Description
We are looking for an E-Relationship Associate to handle customer queries through Email and Live Chat. This is a Non-Voice Customer Support role requiring good written English communication and good customer-handling skills.
E-Relationship Associate – Email & Chat Support
Experience: Freshers (0-2 years)
Qualification: Any Graduate
Job Type: 3-6 months probation then Full- time conversion based on Performance & Business requirement)
Shift: UK/US Rotational Shifts
Salary- 15K-20K(Take home - Based on the performance in the interview)

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through email and chat.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.
Maintain professional and courteous communication.
Resolve queries within the defined turnaround time.Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements
Any Graduate; Freshers can apply.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong English reading and writing skills.
Good typing and computer skills.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer conversations.
Customer-focused attitude and good problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in UK/US rotational shifts.
Important This is a Non-Voice role. Candidates will communicate with customers primarily through Email and Chat.
