Benefits Specialist Contractor

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Benefits Specialist Contractor based in United States.
This role is responsible for managing leave of absence and workplace accommodation programs across U.S. and international locations.
You will serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, guiding them through eligibility, documentation, timelines, and return-to-work processes.
The position combines benefits administration, compliance, case management, and employee support in a highly collaborative environment.
You will work closely with HR, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and international HR partners.
The role also involves leading ADA accommodation processes and ensuring sensitive employee information is handled appropriately.
You will contribute to policy development, program reporting, training, and continuous process improvement.
This is a full-time remote contractor opportunity requiring strong judgment, organization, empathy, and knowledge of leave and accommodation regulations.
