DKD Capital’s research centers on small and microcap businesses, stage 2 growth opportunities, and continuous coverage through earnings updates and sector insights. The platform is led by SEBI Registered Research Analyst Divya Khurana Dewan, with a strong focus on analytical rigor, transparency, and responsible investor communication in line with applicable regulations.
The role
You'll own our social media presence and support day-to-day operations. That means building our LinkedIn page from scratch, planning what we publish across platforms, and helping us respond to the people who reach out. Your work will be visible publicly from week one.
Responsibilities — social media and content
Build and grow our LinkedIn company page from the ground up: positioning, page setup, content calendar and audience growth
Develop a content strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook, deciding what format belongs where and why
Plan and coordinate reels: ideation, scripting support, shoot coordination, editing or working with an editor, captions and hashtags
Design carousels and static posts in our brand style
Plan the blog and insights calendar for our website, and coordinate with our research interns on topics
Schedule posts, track performance, and report weekly on what's working
Research what's performing well in the Indian finance content space and bring ideas to the table
Responsibilities — operations and client support
Respond to enquiries on Instagram, email and WhatsApp using approved templates, and escalate anything that needs the founder
Maintain our lead tracker: who enquired, what they asked, what stage they're at
Coordinate discovery calls and webinars, including scheduling, reminders and follow-ups
Support client onboarding: documentation, KYC coordination and payment follow-ups
Keep our content, lead and client records organised
What you'll learn
How a SEBI-registered equity research firm is built and run
Content marketing in a regulated industry, which is a genuinely rare skill
How equity research works, from filings to published reports
Working directly with the founder on strategy, not just execution
Requirements
Strong written English, with a clear, simple style
A real understanding of how Instagram and LinkedIn work, including what makes content perform on each
Comfortable with Canva or similar design tools
Organised and reliable, since you'll be handling client-facing communication
Willing to learn financial concepts, even if you don't know them yet
Good to have
Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Rush or similar)
Interest in or basic knowledge of the stock market
Experience running a page, personal or professional
Familiarity with SEO basics

Timings: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Duration: 3 months, with the possibility of a full-time role
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
