Role Description The Sales Manager (Closing) – Real Estate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end closing process for residential and commercial property sales in Mumbai. This full-time, on-site role involves meeting prospective buyers, conducting property presentations, handling price negotiations, and finalizing agreements in coordination with legal and finance teams. The Sales Manager will maintain accurate sales records, follow up on leads, and ensure a smooth customer experience from initial inquiry to handover. The role includes collaborating with internal marketing and operations teams, preparing regular sales reports, and meeting predefined revenue and conversion targets. The Sales Manager will also stay informed about market trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory requirements to support strategic sales decisions.

Qualifications
Proven experience in real estate sales, with a strong track record in closing deals and managing the final stages of the sales cycle.
Strong client relationship management capabilities, including negotiation, conflict resolution, and handling high-value transactions with professionalism.
Solid understanding of local real estate market dynamics in Mumbai, including pricing, regulations, and emerging trends.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales reporting systems, and basic office software to track leads, pipeline, and performance metrics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to diverse client groups.
Ability to work on-site, handle multiple deals simultaneously, and meet demanding deadlines and sales targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience in hospitality-related real estate or luxury property sales will be considered beneficial.
