Suwen Electric Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is a publicly listed power and energy company in China, listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange under stock code 300982.
The company provides integrated energy solutions covering power consulting and design, electrical equipment supply, power engineering construction, microgrid development, and energy storage. With strong experience in China’s power industry, Suwen Electric Energy is expanding its international business in commercial and industrial power EPC, residential energy storage, commercial and industrial energy storage, solar-plus-storage, microgrids, and integrated energy solutions.
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Partner to help develop Suwen Electric Energy’s business in Europe.
This opportunity is open to professionals with experience or resources in the energy, electricity, solar, or energy storage industries. Experience in residential energy storage, commercial and industrial energy storage, photovoltaic systems, electrical products, EPC projects, distribution, or local installation services will be considered relevant.
The role focuses on market development, customer connection, local partnerships, project opportunities, and long-term business cooperation.
Key Responsibilities
• Explore business opportunities in European energy and electricity markets
• Develop relationships with customers, installers, EPC contractors, distributors, developers, and local partners
• Promote residential and commercial energy storage solutions
• Support the development of solar-plus-storage, microgrid, and power EPC projects
• Provide local market insights and help identify suitable cooperation opportunities
• Coordinate with Suwen Electric Energy’s technical, commercial, and supply chain teams
• Support customer communication, commercial negotiations, and project development
Requirements
• Experience in or understanding of solar energy, energy storage, electricity, EPC, electrical products, or related industries
• Experience with residential energy storage is welcome
• Existing customer, channel, installer, EPC, or local business resources in Europe is an advantage
• Strong interest in developing the European energy market
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and identify business opportunities
• Fluent English; knowledge of a European language is an advantage
We do not require a specific academic background or a long list of qualifications. Practical experience, market understanding, customer resources, and the ability to create business opportunities are more important.
The cooperation model is flexible and may include regional partnership, project-based cooperation, business development cooperation, or a senior management role. Compensation and incentives will be discussed based on experience, responsibilities, resources, and business results.
