About The Wedding Fellas
The Wedding Fellas is an award-winning wedding photography and cinematography company creating contemporary, authentic and visually compelling stories for couples across India.
We are looking for a Creative Head who can lead our creative vision, build a strong visual identity and push the boundaries of modern wedding storytelling.
The Role
As Creative Head, you will be responsible for the overall creative direction of The Wedding Fellas and the quality of our visual storytelling.
You will work closely with photographers, cinematographers, editors, content creators and the business team to take creative ideas from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the overall creative vision for The Wedding Fellas.
Develop concepts, moodboards and visual treatments for weddings and campaigns.
Lead, mentor and manage the creative team.
Maintain high creative standards across photography, films, reels and social media.
Develop innovative concepts and formats for Instagram and other digital platforms.
Work closely with couples to understand their personalities and stories.
Review and provide creative direction on photos, films, reels and other deliverables.
Stay updated with global trends in wedding photography, fashion, films, design and social media.
Experiment with new storytelling techniques, formats and creative technologies.
Collaborate with the marketing and business teams on campaigns and brand initiatives.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in creative direction, photography, filmmaking, advertising, fashion, weddings or a related creative field.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling and aesthetics.
Excellent knowledge of photography, cinematography, editing and social media content.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A sharp eye for composition, lighting, colour, design and detail.
Ability to develop creative concepts and turn them into executable ideas.
Someone who is ambitious, creative and constantly looking to push boundaries.
Experience managing creative teams is a strong plus.
