Customer Relations Manager
The Wedding Fellas | Bangalore
We’re looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Customer Relations Manager to be the bridge between our clients and our team.
What you’ll do
Be the main point of contact for clients before, during and after their wedding.
Understand client requirements and keep the team aligned.
Manage follow-ups, timelines, deliverables and client requests.
Coordinate with photographers, cinematographers and the internal team.
Handle client questions and concerns professionally.
Make sure every client has a smooth and memorable experience.
What we’re looking for
2–5 years of experience in customer relations, client servicing, hospitality, events or a similar role.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Someone who is organised, responsive and great at follow-ups.
Comfortable handling multiple clients at the same time.
Experience in weddings, photography or events is a plus.
Location: Bangalore
