Role Description The Growth Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikkod, Kerala, responsible for driving business growth and supporting PQI’s expansion in key markets. This position involves identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing growth strategies, and collaborating with sales and consulting teams to increase client acquisition and retention. The Growth Lead will analyze market trends, track performance metrics, and experiment with growth initiatives to improve lead generation and conversion. Daily responsibilities include managing growth-related projects, coordinating with internal stakeholders, preparing reports and presentations, and ensuring that growth activities align with PQI’s brand, values, and long-term objectives.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess market trends, and measure performance.
Excellent Communication skills for stakeholder engagement, client interaction, and cross-functional collaboration.
Proficiency in Growth Hacking techniques to design, test, and optimize innovative growth initiatives.
Solid Sales experience to drive lead generation, manage pipelines, and support closing opportunities.
Effective Project Management skills to plan, execute, and monitor growth-related projects.
Experience in management consulting, business transformation, or ISO-related services is an advantage.
Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
Ability to work on-site in Kozhikkod and collaborate with teams across different locations.
