Part Time - Telemetry Nurse - Night Shift

Role Overview
This remote position involves admitting patients into a monitoring system and communicating with bedside staff as needed. The role requires
promoting patient safety, educating patients and families, and developing individualized care plans
in collaboration with the healthcare team. It involves assessing patients' physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering their values and cultural backgrounds.
Responsibilities
Monitor patient heart rhythms and communicate changes to nursing staff
Respond promptly to critical rhythm detections to ensure patient safety
Educate patients and families on illness management, medication, and post-treatment care
Participate in activities supporting quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
Develop and document care plans in accordance with standards and communicate across care continuum
Qualifications & Skills
RN license required; Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
Minimum of 3 years inpatient experience preferred; MO and IL licenses are advantageous
Strong critical nursing skills, communication, and teamwork abilities
Safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and safe work practices
