Role Overview
We are looking for a senior Clinical Research professional for US-based client engagements with strong hands-on experience in Veeva CTMS and clinical research payment operations. The role combines CTMS ownership, clinical trial data management, Greenphire/site payment processing, Clinical Trial Agreement (CTA) payment activities, system testing, validation, change management and direct client/stakeholder coordination.
Mandatory Experience & Skills
• 7-10 years of overall CTMS / Clinical Research experience, including minimum 3 years of experience working with US-based CROs.
• Hands-on Veeva CTMS experience with in-depth knowledge of managing clinical trial data and controlling CTMS activities across the clinical trial lifecycle.
• Hands-on Greenphire experience for clinical research / site / investigator payment processing.
• Practical Clinical Trial Agreement (CTA) payment processing experience, including site/investigator payments, invoices, contractual payment terms, payment accuracy and timely processing.
• Ability to review payment information, identify and resolve payment discrepancies, invoice mismatches, exceptions and reconciliation issues.
• Change Management / Change Control experience, including requirement and impact assessment through testing and implementation.
• Hands-on UAT scripting / test case preparation and UAT execution for system releases, enhancements or configuration changes.
• Validation experience in regulated clinical systems / clinical trial environments.
• End-to-end Process Ownership with responsibility for quality, compliance, timely system updates and continuous process improvement.
• Direct interaction with US and/or European clients, CRO teams and stakeholders through calls/video meetings and written communication.
• Strong coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including Clinical Operations, study teams, sites, sponsors, Finance/AP, technology and validation teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and control Veeva CTMS activities and clinical trial data across study, country, site, milestone and monitoring-related workflows, as applicable.
• Process and oversee clinical research/site/investigator payments using Greenphire and applicable clinical payment systems.
• Handle CTA-related payment activities, site budgets, payment terms, invoices, reconciliations, payment exceptions and discrepancy resolution.
• Ensure accurate and timely payment processing in accordance with contracts, approved budgets, study requirements and applicable SOPs.
• Prepare and execute UAT scripts/test cases; document results, defects and retesting for releases, enhancements and configuration changes.
• Support system validation, release verification, change requests and implementation activities in compliance-driven clinical environments.
• Own assigned CTMS/payment processes end-to-end and drive issue resolution, process improvement, data quality and audit readiness.
• Coordinate directly with US/European client and CRO teams and communicate progress, risks, issues and resolutions clearly.

Work Conditions
• Full Work From Home (WFH), 5 days a week.
• US Shift: 7:30 PM-4:00 AM or 8:00 PM-4:30 AM.
• Candidates should preferably be based in Delhi NCR.
• Immediate joiners are preferred; candidates who have already served or are about to complete their notice period will be prioritized.
Ideal Candidate
A proactive clinical research professional with strong combined experience in Veeva CTMS, Greenphire, CTA/clinical research payments, UAT, validation, change management and process ownership, who is comfortable interacting directly with US clients and working permanent US business hours.
