We are looking for an entrepreneurial Mobile Product Engineer to jump in, take hands-on ownership of our mobile vertical, and ship our iOS and Android apps end-to-end.
This role is designed for a natural builder, an indie hacker, or high-speed product engineer who thrives on taking raw ideas and turning them into polished, production-ready apps. You will own both the mobile client and supporting backend infrastructure during this critical growth phase.
The Growth Path: While this role starts as an interim engagement focused on fast execution and launch, there is a clear path to transition into a long-term permanent leadership position (Head of Mobile / Engineering Lead) as we scale the team and vertical.
We operate as an AI-first engineering team: we expect heavy reliance on AI coding agents and developer tooling to accelerate build speed by 3x–5x.
What you'll own and build
1.Full Stack Vertical Execution
Mobile Frontend: Build, test, and deploy fluid cross-platform applications (Flutter or React Native) or native apps for both iOS and Android.
Backend Systems: Set up and maintain scalable cloud backends, microservices, and databases (Node.js, Python, Supabase, Firebase, or AWS).
Core Integrations: Implement user auth, database architectures, REST/GraphQL APIs, and payment systems (Stripe, In-App Purchases).
2.AI Augmented Workflows
Leverage AI coding agents and LLM tools to eliminate boilerplate code, fix bugs, run automated tests, and rapidly prototype new features.
Establish clean, modular codebases and CI/CD pipelines so the platform remains easy to maintain and scale.
What we are looking for
Entrepreneurial Builder: You love building and shipping complete products. You have a history of launching side projects, indie apps, or early-stage startup MVPs independently.
Full-Stack & Mobile Skilled: Ability to build and launch production-grade mobile applications and backends without needing a large supporting team.
AI Tooling Power-User: You actively use modern AI agents in your daily setup to multiply your leverage and output.
High Autonomy: You are a resourceful problem solver who can take a high-level requirement, figure out the edge cases, and execute without micro-management.
Engagement Structure & What We Offer
Flexible Engagement: Initial [3 to 6]-month contract (Monthly retainer, or milestone-based).
Leadership Transition Option: High potential to convert into a permanent, equity-backed leadership position based on mutual fit and performance.
