Senior Full-Stack Developer – C# / .NET & Angular (AI-Augmented Engineering)

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Senior Full-Stack Developer with 4 to 5 years of experience to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining scalable enterprise web applications across the full software lifecycle—from high-performance .NET Core/C# microservices on the backend to dynamic Angular applications on the frontend.
Beyond core full-stack excellence, we are looking for an engineer who actively leverages modern Generative AI tools (primarily Anthropic Claude) to accelerate development workflows, refactor complex codebases, auto-generate unit tests, and design robust REST/gRPC API contracts.

Key Responsibilities1. Full-Stack Architecture & Development
Backend Engineering: Design, build, and maintain enterprise RESTful APIs, background services, and microservices using C# and .NET 6+ / .NET Core, ensuring clean architecture, high availability, and strong security.
Frontend Development: Architect responsive, scalable frontend applications using Angular (v14+) and TypeScript, leveraging modern patterns like Standalone Components, Reactive Forms, and State Management (Signals/NgRx).
Database & ORM Management: Design relational and non-relational database schemas, optimize SQL queries, and manage data access layers using Entity Framework Core (EF Core) and LINQ.
Performance Optimization: Audit and optimize application layers—minimizing database query times on the backend while optimizing Angular rendering cycles (OnPush change detection, lazy loading) on the frontend.
2. AI Tool Integration & Workflow Automation
AI-Assisted Engineering: Utilize Anthropic Claude (and similar coding assistants) to accelerate end-to-end development, including scaffolding C# DTOs/Controllers, drafting Angular components, and writing complex LINQ queries.
Automated Testing & Documentation: Leverage Claude to generate comprehensive unit/integration test suites (xUnit/NUnit for .NET, Jasmine/Karma/Jest for Angular) and maintain living technical documentation.
Refactoring & Debugging: Use AI-driven prompt engineering to analyze memory leaks, refactor legacy monolithic logic into clean interfaces, and debug tricky full-stack state/API communication issues.
3. Operations & Collaboration
Collaborate closely with product managers, solution architects, and UI/UX designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
Participate in CI/CD pipeline configuration, containerized deployment workflows (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud deployment monitoring.
Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills
Backend Ecosystem: Strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+, ASP.NET Web API, Entity Framework Core, and LINQ.
Frontend Ecosystem: Deep proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, SCSS, and modern state management strategies.
Database & Storage: Proficient in SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB, with a strong grasp of indexing, schema design, and query optimization.
AI/GenAI Aptitude: Direct experience incorporating Claude (via UI, plugins, or APIs) into your daily engineering workflow to write, refactor, and test code faster.
Testing & DevOps Basics: Familiarity with xUnit/NUnit, Jasmine/Karma, Git, Postman, Docker, and basic cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
Soft Skills & Experience
Experience: 4–5 years of professional full-stack software development experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
