Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist role based in Jaipur. The Human Resources Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, administering benefits, and supporting payroll and compliance activities. The role will involve implementing and updating HR policies, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, and supporting performance management processes aligned with organizational goals. The specialist will also handle employee queries, assist in resolving workplace issues, and support employee engagement initiatives. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and adherence to statutory regulations will be key aspects of the position.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in core HR operations and stakeholder coordination.
Candidates should possess expertise in HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including policy implementation, benefits administration, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Candidates should possess solid Personnel Management skills, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance support.
Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality.
Candidates should possess proficiency in HRIS or HR software, basic MS Office skills, and a detail-oriented, organized work style.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in a consulting or multi-industry environment is an advantage.
