Our solution helps businesses increase revenue through upselling opportunities, streamline operations, and gain valuable customer insights.
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Junior Sales Account Manager to join our growing team.
What You'll Do
✅ Manage and support a portfolio of hospitality clients using the SMARTMenu platform.
✅ Build strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
✅ Respond to client inquiries and provide timely support.
✅ Identify and engage potential customers through lead generation activities.
✅ Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
✅ Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth implementation process.
What We're Looking For
✅ 1+ year experience in field sales.
✅ Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
✅ A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
✅ Interest or experience in account management, customer success, sales, or hospitality.
✅ Familiarity with digital products, SaaS solutions, or hospitality technology is an advantage.
✅ Educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
