Eligibility: Freshers & Final Year College Students
Stipend: ₹2,000 (Assured Base) up to ₹8,000/month (Performance-linked) + 2% Milestone Bonuses

Know Your Careers (KYC), an initiative by Izet Ventures Private Limited, is partnered with DIC-BHU, DIC-IIT(BHU) and an IIT Kanpur-backed startup recognized by the Ministry of Education's Innovation Cell (MIC). We bridge the gap between students and career opportunities while building innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystems in schools and colleges across India.
Role Overview
We are looking for an ambitious, articulate, and driven Business Development Associate (Founder's Office) to join our core growth team. Working directly with the founding leadership, you will drive strategic institutional outreach, expand our partner network across schools and colleges, and engage key academic stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to schools, colleges, and Training & Placement Cells (TPCs) via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other outreach channels.
Pitch Know Your Careers’ flagship student programs and institutional initiatives to key decision-makers.
Build, nurture, and manage relationships with school principals, coordinators, and college administrators.
Schedule discovery and partnership meetings between interested institutions and our leadership team.
Manage lead pipelines, conduct consistent follow-ups, and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams and uphold high professional standards in every interaction.
Who We Are Looking For
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
High confidence in cold calling, pitching, and holding structured conversations with senior educators and institutional heads.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Proactive mindset with a target-driven approach to outreach and conversions.
Must have a reliable laptop, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
