Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET) - Mechanical Designs

EVR Electricals Private Limited is looking for a Graduate Engineer Trainee – Mechanical Design to join our Design & Engineering team at Sriperumbudur, Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in mechanical design of Distribution & Power Transformers.
Prepare 2D/3D CAD drawings, GA drawings and fabrication drawings.
Assist in design of transformer tanks, covers, cable boxes, radiators, supports, clamps and other structural components.
Prepare BOMs and maintain drawing/document revisions.
Coordinate with Production, Fabrication and Quality teams for design and manufacturing requirements.
Support design modifications and resolve manufacturing-related design issues.
Ensure designs comply with customer specifications and applicable standards.
Candidate Profile
B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering
Freshers / 0–1 year experience
Knowledge of AutoCAD / SolidWorks / similar CAD software
Good understanding of engineering drawings and mechanical design fundamentals.
Interest in Design & Manufacturing.
Good analytical skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
