Visual Latina delivers end-to-end services from strategy and insight to creative development and flawless execution at retail. Its core offerings include shopper marketing, retail media, channel strategy, brand experiences and activations, design, market assessments, capability training, and production. The company operates at global, regional, and local levels, with offices in the USA, Mexico, Argentina and Colombia.
We are looking for strategic partners to develop new markets and business opportunities with us.
At Visuallatina + Glow, we are expanding into new markets and looking to connect with senior professionals from the advertising and marketing industry — people who deeply understand how our business works, how brands buy, and how strong, trusted client relationships are built.
This is not a traditional corporate role.

We are looking for experienced professionals with a strong reputation and an established network who can identify opportunities, open doors and, most importantly, turn those relationships into real business in their markets.

· Senior professionals with backgrounds in agencies, corporations or companies within the broader marketing ecosystem — advertising, shopper, trade, commerce, retail, brand experience and related disciplines — who have strong business opportunities within their markets.
· Former CEOs, Managing Directors, Country Managers, Chief Client Officers, Chief Strategy Officers, commercial and business leaders, and other senior executives with deep industry expertise and relationships with potential agency clients.
