Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Developer role based in the Pune Division. The Software Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain software applications, with a focus on quality, performance, and reliability. Responsibilities include implementing backend services, writing clean and efficient code, debugging and resolving issues, and participating in code reviews. The role involves collaborating with other developers, product teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, as well as documenting code and contributing to technical standards. The Software Developer is expected to stay current with relevant technologies and suggest improvements to existing systems and development processes.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Hands-on experience in Software Development and Programming using modern languages and frameworks.
Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side architectures.
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and their practical application.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code and to participate in code reviews.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Familiarity with testing practices, debugging techniques, and performance optimization.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team on-site.
