Role Description The Manager at Unique Fragrance will oversee daily operations at the on-site location in Sonipat, ensuring smooth functioning of production, sales, and customer service activities in a full-time capacity. This role includes supervising team members, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The Manager will be responsible for coordinating inventory, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring quality standards are consistently met. The position also involves reviewing operational data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing processes that support business growth and customer satisfaction. The Manager will collaborate with leadership to plan targets, track progress, and support training and development initiatives for the team.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in operations or team management in a retail, manufacturing, or service environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and work with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to analyze basic operational or sales data, prepare reports, and make recommendations for process improvements.
Comfort with on-site work in Sonipat and willingness to be present during core business hours.
Basic understanding of inventory management, quality control, and customer service principles.
Proficiency with common office tools and software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and communication platforms).
Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred, along with prior supervisory experience.
