根据工程合同及协议要求，组织项目团队进行项目范围、进度、成本的规划工作;
带领项目团队从项目规划到项目收尾进行全生命周期管理;
组织项目执行过程中与客户方的各项评审及确认工作;
组织与客户方的沟通，及时了解客户的需求以规避项目风险;
在项目执行过程中，对出现的各类变更事项及时与客户沟通，达成一致共识;
组织协调客户方的相关人员对项目进行预验收、终验收;
监督设备验收后客户方所需项目资料的提交工作;
跟踪落实公司项目档案资料的收集整理与提交工作;
组织项目团队对项目执行过程中的经验、教训进行总结;
负责与项目跨职能部门的相关方人员进行工作协调;
负责项目现场外包供应商的管理工作;
