Production And Quality Manager

WE’RE HIRING | PRODUCTION & QUALITY MANAGER – MENSWEAR
PARV, a premium menswear brand by Sutra Men’s Studio, is looking for a Production & Quality Coordinator to manage order execution and ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Production, Tailoring and Delivery.
This role will be responsible for tracking each customer order from the time it is confirmed until the finished garment is delivered, ensuring accuracy, quality and timely completion throughout the process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Verify order details before production, including measurements, fabric, design, specifications and delivery timelines
• Coordinate between Sales, Tailoring and Production teams to ensure accurate execution of every order
• Maintain clear and updated records of all ongoing orders
• Track production progress and follow up regularly to ensure timely completion
• Identify missing information, delays or execution issues and ensure timely resolution
• Coordinate fittings, alterations and required corrections
• Inspect finished garments for measurements, stitching, fitting, finishing, fabric and overall quality
• Ensure all quality issues are corrected before the garment is approved for delivery
• Coordinate final packing and delivery of completed orders
• Ensure the correct garment is delivered to the correct customer within the committed timeline
• Keep management informed about order status, delays and quality-related issues
REQUIREMENTS
• Previous experience in garment production, apparel, tailoring, production coordination or a similar role
• Good practical knowledge of menswear and garment production
• Understanding of tailoring, stitching, fittings, alterations and finishing
• Good knowledge of fabrics and menswear garments
• Basic knowledge of fashion design and garment construction
• Good understanding of men’s fashion
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Excellent coordination, follow-up and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple orders and timelines simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and a professional approach
• Ability to identify problems and take ownership of their resolution
• Must be based in Indore or willing to work on-site in Indore
SALARY
₹2 LPA depending on experience
