Sales Executive

WE’RE HIRING | MENSWEAR SALES EXECUTIVE
PARV, a premium menswear brand by Sutra Men’s Studio, is looking for a confident, well-spoken and professionally presented Sales Executive to join our team in Indore.
This is a customer-facing role focused on understanding customer requirements, recommending the right menswear and fabrics, handling bespoke and customised orders, and converting enquiries into sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle customers from the initial enquiry through to purchase
• Understand customer requirements, occasion, style, fit and budget
• Recommend suitable outfits, fabrics, designs and styling options
• Explain bespoke and customised menswear options clearly
• Present premium fabrics and products and communicate their features effectively
• Handle customer questions, objections and negotiations professionally
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
• Follow up with customer enquiries and existing clients when required
• Work towards individual and store sales targets
• Coordinate with the tailoring and store team to ensure customer requirements are executed correctly
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and store presentation
REQUIREMENTS
• Previous experience in menswear, fashion retail, premium retail, showroom sales or a similar customer-facing role
• Good knowledge of men’s apparel and current menswear styles
• Understanding of bespoke and customised clothing
• Good knowledge of fabrics and their suitability for different garments and occasions
• Familiarity with premium and luxury fabric brands and fabric houses such as Zegna, Loro Piana and similar brands
• Strong customer-handling and sales skills
• Good communication and persuasion skills
• Fluent spoken English is mandatory
• Confident, well-groomed and professionally presented
• Genuine interest in menswear, fabrics and premium clothing
• Must be based in Indore or willing to work on-site
SALARY
₹1.5 LPA – ₹2.5 LPA depending on experience
Performance-based sales incentives will also be provided.
The right candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the team at PARV and be part of building a new premium menswear brand.
