Strategy Director

Role Description The Strategy Director at Hay Talento Consultora RRHH will lead strategic initiatives, providing high-level guidance on business growth, organizational effectiveness, and HR consulting projects. This part-time, remote role involves analyzing market trends, client data, and internal performance metrics to identify opportunities and risks. The Strategy Director will collaborate with consulting teams and leadership to design and refine business strategies, set priorities, and support decision-making. Daily responsibilities include developing strategic frameworks, reviewing project proposals, advising on client engagements, and ensuring alignment between consulting services and long-term organizational goals. The role also includes mentoring team members on strategic thinking, contributing to thought leadership content, and participating in virtual meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and business strategy development within consulting or related fields.
Background in consulting and management consulting, with a track record of advising clients on organizational and business challenges.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
Proven ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience in HR consulting, professional services, or talent management is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related discipline; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
Fluency in written and spoken English; additional language skills are an advantage.
