Help us build the next everyday specialty coffee brand.
Syppcoffee is a new-age specialty coffee brand making great coffee, food and experiences more accessible, affordable and everyday.
We’re looking for a Growth & Brand builder to work closely with the founders and help build, grow and scale Syppcoffee into a brand that stands out in India’s new-age café culture.
What you’ll own
Growth: Drive customer acquisition, repeat visits and revenue across cafés, delivery, digital, partnerships and local channels.
Brand: Build a distinctive brand through campaigns, content, launches, community and experiences that people remember and share.
Think differently: Develop out-of-the-box growth ideas, new-age marketing experiments and unconventional ways to acquire, engage and retain customers.
Build & scale: Take ideas from 0 → 1 → scale across products, loyalty, creators, partnerships, communities, technology and new channels.
Gen-Z & Culture: Understand what Bengaluru’s young consumers care about and turn culture, trends and customer behaviour into relevant brand opportunities.
Data + Creativity: Combine customer insights and numbers with creativity to understand what works, improve it and scale it.
Be hands-on: Plan it, pitch it, execute it, measure it. In an early-stage company, you’ll be close to the work—not just managing it.
Who you are
3+ years in Growth, Brand, Marketing, Consumer, QSR, Retail, D2C or startups
A builder and owner, not just a planner
Creative, commercially sharp and comfortable with ambiguity
Curious about Gen-Z, culture, customers, food, coffee and technology
Comfortable moving between strategy, execution, data and people
Hands-on, flexible and willing to do what the business needs
Someone who wants to create something new, not simply follow an existing playbook
