About the Role
You'll join as a Founding Engineer, helping build and scale the systems behind a production Voice AI platform. You'll own projects across the real-time voice pipeline, backend infrastructure, evaluation tooling, and customer-driven product improvements. Working closely with the founding team, you'll take ownership from architecture through production and help define the technical foundation of the company.
Qualifications
1–5 years of software engineering experience, ideally in a startup or high-ownership environment.
Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience shipping production systems.
Experience with backend engineering, distributed systems, real-time applications, or related technical domains.
Ability to take ambiguous problems from definition through implementation and deployment.
Comfortable learning new technologies and working across an evolving stack.
Interest in Voice AI, multi-agent systems, or latency-sensitive infrastructure is a plus.

Compensation: Base + Equity
