About TiE Indore
TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs) is one of the world’s largest networks of entrepreneurs, with a global community of entrepreneurs, mentors, investors, and business leaders across chapters worldwide.
TiE Indore is dedicated to strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem of Madhya Pradesh by bringing together startups, established entrepreneurs, investors, industry leaders, students, and innovators. The chapter focuses on enabling entrepreneurship through mentoring, networking, knowledge sharing, access to opportunities, and fostering meaningful collaborations.
Our mission is simple: Putting Entrepreneurship First by empowering entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey and creating a platform where ideas, innovation, and impact come together.
Role: Associate Manager (Full-time)
Experience: 1.5+ years
Salary: Rs 10,000 per month
Location: Indore (in-office)
Duration: 1 year (extendable based on performance and program needs
Full Time Office hours: Monday to Saturday- 10am to 7pm
Key Responsibilities
Program Support: Assist in planning and executing TiE Indore events, workshops, and summits.
Research & Outreach: Conduct market research on startups, investors, corporates, and ecosystem partners.
Community Engagement: Support engagement with student cohorts, women founders, and charter members.
Calling & Member Connect: Reach out to TiE members (Charter/Associate/Student) for event invites, renewals, and engagement.
Operations: Handle logistics, registrations, and on-ground coordination for events.
Global Program: Assist in managing TiE Global Program (TiE Women, TiE University & TYE)
Should have knowledge of managing social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
Design skills & wordpress handson experience
Strong interest in entrepreneurship, startups, and innovation ecosystems.
Excellent communication skills (written, spoken, and phone-based outreach).
Comfortable with digital tools (Google Workspace, Canva, Excel/Sheets, Zoom).
Ability to multi-task, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment.
