Remote IT Project Manage

Role Description The Owner role at Vagas para RJ is a part-time, remote position responsible for overseeing the platform’s strategic direction and daily operations. This includes managing content publication, monitoring job postings, and ensuring information shared is accurate, inclusive, and useful for the audience. The Owner will coordinate with partners, contributors, or service providers, maintain the brand’s digital presence, and engage with the community via social media or other channels. Day-to-day tasks may also involve basic administrative duties, setting growth objectives, reviewing performance metrics, and making decisions about new features, collaborations, or services.
Qualifications
Experience in managing or owning digital projects, platforms, or small businesses, with the ability to make strategic and operational decisions.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a part-time, remote setting.
Comfort working with online tools and social media platforms to manage content, communication, and community engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in en_US, with a commitment to inclusive and non-discriminatory language.
Ability to work independently, demonstrate sound judgment, and adapt to changing priorities or new opportunities.
Background or interest in recruitment, HR, career services, or community-building is highly beneficial.
Basic understanding of digital marketing, audience growth, and analytics is a plus.
