Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Onsite Medical Representative role based in Rajkot. The Onsite Medical Representative will provide immediate medical support, including assessment, stabilization, and coordination of care for individuals requiring emergency or urgent attention. Daily responsibilities include responding to emergency calls, performing basic and advanced life support procedures within scope of practice, documenting clinical interventions, and communicating clearly with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff. The role also involves monitoring patient status, maintaining medical equipment and supplies, adhering to safety and quality protocols, and supporting training or drills related to emergency preparedness.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Emergency Services and Emergency Medical Services (EMS), including responding to and managing acute medical situations.
Candidates should possess credentials or experience related to the U.S. National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) or equivalent regional certification, demonstrating competency in pre-hospital care.
Candidates should possess Paramedic-level skills, with the ability to perform advanced interventions within established clinical guidelines.
Candidates should possess a strong foundation in Medicine, including basic diagnostics, patient assessment, and safe clinical practice.
Relevant diploma or degree in Paramedical Sciences, Nursing, Emergency Medical Technology, or a related healthcare field.
Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), or willingness to obtain within a defined timeframe.
Effective communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong attention to detail in documentation and patient care.
Experience in hospital, clinic, or emergency response settings is preferred.
