Hiring | OPD Claims Processing
HCL Healthcare is looking for experienced professionals to join our team in Noida.
🔹 Experience: 3+ years in OPD Claims Processing
🎓 Preferred Education:
BAMS
BUMS
BHMS
BDS
💼 Key Skills & Expertise:
Expertise in Cashless and Reimbursement OPD Claims Processing
Strong understanding of OPD insurance policy structures
Good knowledge of policy exclusions and claim eligibility
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret and apply policy terms accurately
📌 Key Responsibilities:
Process and assess OPD claims as per policy terms and guidelines
Handle both cashless and reimbursement claims
Support the Product and IT teams during new platform UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
Identify process/system gaps and provide relevant inputs for platform improvements
📍 Work Location: Noida
🗓️ Working: 6 days a week | Work from Office
