You’ll join a mission-driven team scaling clinical excellence across tier-1 and tier-2 cities. Role & Responsibilities
Perform primary and revision total joint arthroplasties (hip, knee, shoulder) with minimally invasive and robotic-assisted techniques.
Manage acute and chronic orthopedic trauma cases—from fracture fixation to polytrauma coordination—in high-volume settings.
Lead pre- and post-operative care teams, ensuring optimal patient outcomes, rapid recovery pathways, and complication reduction.
Collaborate with physiotherapists, pain specialists, and imaging teams to deliver holistic, evidence-based care protocols.
Mentor junior surgeons and residents; contribute to ongoing training, surgical audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
Participate in clinical research, outcome tracking, and adoption of new devices/technologies to elevate surgical standards.
