Café Operations Lead / F&B Project Partner – Corporate Workplace Setup

We are setting up a specialized coffee station and premium corporate café inside a modern office space in Faridabad, Haryana, designed to elevate the daily workplace and employee experience.
We are looking for an experienced Café Operations Lead / Hospitality Partner to take ownership of the end-to-end setup, launch, and daily operational management of this corporate café.
If you have a strong background in specialty coffee, QSR/café management, bar workflow design, and hospitality operations, this is an opportunity to lead and build a premier workplace F&B destination from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Setup & Launch:
Plan bar layout, counter workflow, equipment selection (espresso machines, grinders, refrigeration), and vendor sourcing.
Oversee initial procurement, station setup, and operational readiness.
Menu Curation & Quality Standards:
Curate a specialty coffee, artisanal tea, and beverage menu suited for a fast-paced corporate environment.
Establish quality control benchmarks for taste, consistency, and presentation.
Daily Operations & Supply Chain:
Manage daily inventory, raw material replenishment, and bean/milk supplier coordination.
Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for hygiene, waste reduction, and opening/closing checklists.
Team Leadership & Service:
Hire, train, and supervise baristas and service staff.
Ensure exceptional, friendly, and efficient customer service for corporate employees and executive visitors.
Who We Are Looking For
Experience: 3–7+ years of hands-on experience managing specialty cafés, QSR outlets, boutique coffee shops, or corporate hospitality operations.
Technical Coffee Knowledge: Deep understanding of espresso extraction, brewing methods, milk steaming, and specialty coffee equipment maintenance.
Operational Acumen: Proven track record in inventory management, vendor negotiations, and food safety standards.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proactive, organized, and excited to take full ownership from empty counter to bustling corporate coffee station.
Location: Based in or comfortable commuting to Faridabad, Haryana.
