Role Description The Salon Manager at Greentrends Unisex Salon Thubrahalli is responsible for overseeing daily salon operations and ensuring a high standard of customer experience. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru includes managing staff schedules, supervising service delivery, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across the salon. The Salon Manager will handle client queries and concerns, support service upselling, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines and service protocols. The role involves coordinating hiring and onboarding of salon team members, tracking inventory and product usage, and monitoring revenue, costs, and performance targets. Qualifications
Strong Cosmetology and Hair Care knowledge to understand and supervise a wide range of salon services.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and guide the salon team.
Experience with Hiring, team supervision, and basic people management in a service-oriented environment.
Prior experience in salon, spa, or beauty industry operations management is highly beneficial.
