Position Overview:
The person will be responsible for handling open POs (cradle to grave) for assigned categories and brands.
What you’ll do as a Supply Chain Purchase Order Fulfillment Specialist:
Employees employed in the role of Supply Chain PO Fulfillment Specialist shall be required to apply their independent mind and demonstrate intellectual abilities in their decision-making.

Manage all open drop ship orders (manual & EDI) with vendors to ensure prompt fulfillment
Daily review of open manual drop ship orders and backorders to expedite order fulfillment, communicating any modifications and/or issues to stakeholders
Daily review of open EDI drop-ship orders and backorders to expedite order fulfillment, communicating any modifications and/or issues to stakeholders
Ensure prompt order fulfillment through interface with vendor, carriers, and other company departments as appropriate.
Reach out to suppliers and get current ETA/ETS on open orders. Use vendor websites, email, and phone.
Update open purchase orders with any changes to ETA.
Respond to requests for order status within established SLAs
Maintain proficiency with primary vendors’ systems and interfaces, sharing with teams as appropriate.
What you will bring to the team:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline is mandatory/Bachelor's or Masters degree in Supply Chain will be preferred
1-2 years experience working in an Offshore/Outsourced model in a combined sales/operation/supply chain function; reseller hardware/software industry preferred
General understanding of information technology products and terminology preferred
