Role Description The Solutions Architect role at Game Conference MX is a part-time, remote position focused on designing and guiding technical solutions that support event platforms, partner integrations, and developer-focused services. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining solution architectures, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and aligning technology choices with business goals and user experience needs. The role involves reviewing requirements, advising on integration approaches, providing consulting support to stakeholders, and ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable. The Solutions Architect also contributes to technical documentation, supports implementation planning with development teams, and participates in continuous improvement of event technology and digital infrastructure.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Solution Architecture skills, including designing end-to-end technical solutions and selecting appropriate technologies and patterns.
Candidates should possess Consulting and Business Process skills to understand stakeholder needs, model workflows, and translate business requirements into actionable technical designs.
Candidates should possess Software Development skills, with experience in modern programming languages, frameworks, and best practices in testing and deployment.
Candidates should possess Integration skills, including working with APIs, microservices, third-party platforms, and data exchange between systems.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and architectural frameworks is highly beneficial.
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in remote, cross-functional teams.
Background in game development, event technology, or digital media is a plus, as well as experience in the Latin American or Spanish-speaking tech ecosystem.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
