Our team of specialists delivers high-quality, accessible ophthalmology services—from routine vision correction to complex surgical interventions—serving urban and rural populations with compassion and clinical excellence. We’re expanding our clinical footprint and seeking passionate Ophthalmologists to lead patient care and drive innovation in preventive and therapeutic eye health. Role & Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and diagnose conditions including cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and refractive errors.
Perform outpatient and surgical procedures such as phacoemulsification, IOL implantation, laser treatments, and lid corrections.
Manage pre- and post-operative patient care, ensuring continuity, safety, and optimized outcomes across all surgical cases.
Collaborate with optometrists, nurses, and support staff to streamline clinic workflows and implement clinical protocols aligned with national guidelines.
Participate in community eye camps, screening drives, and public health initiatives to expand access to underserved regions.
Maintain accurate digital patient records, comply with clinical documentation standards, and contribute to quality audit and outcome reporting.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
MBBS + MD/DNB in Ophthalmology from MCI/NMC-recognized institute
Valid NMC registration
Proven experience in cataract surgery and common surgical procedures
Proficiency in slit lamp examination, tonometry, fundoscopy, and visual field testing
Experience with operating room protocols and surgical documentation
Ability to work in high-volume clinical environments with minimal supervision
Preferred
Experience with phacoemulsification and femtosecond laser-assisted surgery
Training or fellowship in subspecialties such as retina, glaucoma, or pediatric ophthalmology
Experience in rural or teleophthalmology settings
