Role Description The Director and Founder will lead the overall vision, strategy, and growth of Parth Finserv, ensuring the company’s services align with client needs and regulatory requirements. This full-time, on-site role in Raipur involves overseeing business operations, setting financial and performance targets, and guiding the development of new products and service offerings. The Director and Founder will cultivate key partnerships, manage client relationships at a senior level, and represent the organization in external meetings and industry forums. Day-to-day responsibilities include strategic decision-making, mentoring team members, monitoring risk and compliance, and driving marketing and business development initiatives to strengthen the firm’s market presence.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and strategic management capabilities, with experience in setting vision, goals, and organizational priorities.
Deep understanding of financial services, including investment planning, insurance, lending, and wealth or portfolio management.
Proficiency in business development, client relationship management, and stakeholder engagement.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, risk management practices, and compliance requirements in the financial sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and teams.
Proven experience in building or scaling a business, preferably within financial services or a related industry.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory business practices.
