A fast-growing healthcare provider in India specializing in rheumatology and chronic autoimmune care, we deliver patient-centric, evidence-based treatment plans across urban and semi-urban centers. Our clinics integrate digital health tools with clinical expertise to improve accessibility, reduce wait times, and personalize long-term disease management for arthritis, lupus, and other rheumatic conditions.
Role & Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage complex rheumatologic conditions including rheumatoid arthritis, SLE, gout, vasculitis, and spondyloarthropathies using current clinical guidelines.
Prescribe and monitor biologic and DMARD therapies, adjusting dosages and managing side effects with precision.
Perform joint aspirations/injections (knee, shoulder, wrist) and interpret imaging (X-ray, MRI, USG) for diagnostic accuracy.
Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, physiotherapists, and pain management specialists to co-manage surgical and rehabilitation pathways.
Lead patient education sessions on disease progression, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications to improve long-term outcomes.
Document clinical findings, treatment plans, and outcomes in EMR systems using standardized templates for quality assurance and billing compliance.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
DNB/DM in Rheumatology or equivalent postgraduate qualification from NMC-recognized institutions
Valid NMC registration with active state license
Proficiency in performing joint injections and interpreting rheumatologic imaging
Experience with biologic therapies (e.g., TNF inhibitors, JAK inhibitors, IL-6 blockers)
