Senior Technical Interviewer

Overview
We're looking for a Senior Technical Interviewer to run deep technical screenings for us on an hourly, remote basis.
This isn't a call-center script. You come in as an expert to do one thing exceptionally well: figure out how a candidate actually thinks. You'll design and run case-based interviews, prepare and evaluate them, and record your sessions. We give you the autonomy to run the screening the way a great interviewer should. If you have a sharp take on how technical evaluation should work, we want to hear it.
Who we're looking for
You are an engineer by heart (not a recruiter)
You can critically question and get to the bottom of how someone reasons, not just whether they land the right answer
You understand AI deeply, both how to use it well and how to interrogate it critically, and you can tell when a candidate does too
You've done serious technical work yourself and can evaluate real engineering thinking, not just tick boxes
You can design and prepare strong technical cases, then evaluate them fairly and rigorously
Fluent in English
What is offered
100–150 USD per hour, based on experience
Fully remote with a flexible schedule. You'll work with European candidates, so timing sits nicely around a European working day
