About the role
Myraé Jewels is hiring an Operations Associate in Ahmedabad. You will help keep our stock, orders, bills, and records in order. This role suits someone who works well with numbers and pays close attention to detail.
Job details
• Pay: ₹25,000 per month.
• Type: Full-time.
• Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
• Work setup: Hybrid, with 4 days in the office each week. Work from home on the remaining workdays.
What you will do
• Use Excel to keep records up to date and prepare clear reports.
• Track stock, check counts, and flag any gaps in inventory.
• Manage orders from receipt through dispatch and keep their status up to date.
• Prepare and check bills and invoices.
• Keep tax records in order and support routine tax-related work.
• Work with the team to resolve order, stock, or billing issues.
What we are looking for
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, sorting, and filters.
• A sound grasp of inventory, order management, tax records, and billing.
• Care with numbers and a habit of checking your work.
• Clear communication and reliable follow-through.
• The ability to plan your tasks and work on your own when at home.
