Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Mauritius Online Language School Franchise Partner with Lingua Learn . The partner will be responsible for establishing and managing a virtual language school in Mauritius, including overseeing local marketing, client acquisition, and relationship management for public and corporate clients. Day-to-day activities include coordinating language training programs, managing instructor schedules, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with Lingua Learn standards. The role involves conducting market research, implementing growth strategies, and collaborating with Lingua Learn’s central team for training, technical support, and product updates. The partner will also handle basic administrative tasks, budget oversight, and compliance with franchise guidelines.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Writing skills to engage clients, instructors, and stakeholders effectively.
Analytical Skills and Research abilities to assess market opportunities and optimize school performance.
Training and coaching capabilities to support instructors and ensure consistent educational quality.
Experience in business development, sales, or entrepreneurship, preferably in education or online services.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with solid organizational and time management skills.
Comfort with digital tools and online platforms used for virtual learning and administration.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Relevant educational background or professional experience in education, language services, or business management is beneficial.
