Role Description The Germany Online Language School Franchise Partnership role is a remote, contract opportunity for individuals or organizations interested in developing Lingua Learn’s presence in the German market. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and growing the local online language school, overseeing marketing and sales activities, and developing relationships with individual and corporate clients. The partner will coordinate course offerings, work with Lingua Learn’s global network of teachers, and ensure high-quality delivery of language and soft-skills training. Additional tasks include monitoring market trends, adapting offerings to local needs, managing administrative processes, and collaborating closely with the Global Franchise Support Team for HR, sales, marketing, academic, and operational guidance.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Writing skills to engage clients, partners, and stakeholders effectively.
Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market opportunities and optimize franchise performance.
Experience in Training or education management, ideally within language learning or related fields.
Background in business development, sales, or marketing, with the ability to grow a local brand presence.
Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage a contract-based partnership.
Familiarity with online education platforms, e-commerce, or CRM systems is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in business, education, languages, or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
