Role Description As an Insurance Advisor at Ditto Insurance, you will guide customers in selecting suitable insurance plans by explaining policy terms, benefits, and exclusions in simple, understandable language. You will respond to customer inquiries via calls, messages, and in-person interactions, helping them compare options based on their needs and financial situations. You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow up on leads, and collaborate with colleagues to improve advisory processes and knowledge resources. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jamshedpur, requiring regular coordination with the team and adherence to company standards for customer service and ethical advice.
