🚨 We’re Hiring | Front Desk Manager / Patient Experience Executive
Zelus Physiotherapy is looking for a dynamic, professional, and patient-focused individual to join our team.
📍 Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk and daily patient appointments
- Handle calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and patient follow-ups
- Coordinate appointments with physiotherapists
- Manage billing, payments, and patient records
- Ensure an excellent patient experience from enquiry to treatment completion
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and therapy sessions
- Support daily clinic operations and reporting
- Coordinate with the clinical and administrative team
We are looking for:
✔ 2–5 years of experience in front office, healthcare, clinic, hospital, or customer relationship management
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
✔ Comfortable with computers, Excel, WhatsApp, and appointment systems
✔ Proactive, responsible, and able to manage operations independently
Experience in a physiotherapy clinic, hospital, dental clinic, wellness centre, or healthcare organisation will be preferred.
