OPEN POSITION: German-speaking Technical Support
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday,9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Berlin Time)
Work Setup: Remote (must have a stable internetconnection) Full-Time
Offer: $800 USD/month
Qualifications:
Must be able to speak and understand German fluently (C1 level or higher preferred).
Can speak and write in English.
With previous customer service experience (technical support background is a plus).
Has a stable and reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps recommended).
Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools such as email, chat systems,and helpdesk platforms.
Professional, patient, and customer-focused approach.
Requirements:
Quiet workspace and noise-cancelling headset.
Laptop or desktop with up-to-date software and security tools.
Willing to work on a fixed shift (Mon-Fri, 9 AM to 5 PM Berlin Time).
Must be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
