React js Developer

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a React.js Developer at RojRojgar Pvt. Ltd. The React.js Developer will be responsible for building and maintaining responsive user interfaces, implementing new features, and optimizing performance across web applications. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean and modular front-end code in JavaScript and React, integrating Redux.js for state management, and collaborating with back-end developers to connect APIs and services. The role involves participating in code reviews, resolving bugs, improving UI/UX, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. The developer will work closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into scalable solutions and contribute to continuous improvement of the platform.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including experience with React.js, responsive design, and modern UI frameworks.
Candidates should possess solid JavaScript skills, with knowledge of ES6+ features and best practices for modular, testable code.
Candidates should possess expertise in Redux.js or similar state management tools for building scalable single-page applications.
Candidates should possess foundational Back-End Web Development and Software Development skills to understand APIs, data flow, and integration with server-side services.
Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in web application development.
Experience with RESTful APIs, version control systems (e.g., Git), testing frameworks, and Agile/Scrum methodologies is beneficial.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
