Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Chennai. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting market research, and supporting revenue growth initiatives aligned with SHAI’s healthcare performance solutions. The Business Development Executive will generate and qualify leads, prepare sales presentations and proposals, and coordinate meetings and demos with prospective clients. Daily responsibilities include managing and nurturing client accounts, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery. The role also requires regular communication with stakeholders, participation in business reviews, and contribution to sales targets and expansion strategies.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and convert growth opportunities.
Candidates should possess skills in Business and Account Management to manage pipelines, maintain client relationships, and support long-term partnerships.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present solutions, negotiate terms, and engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or related services is highly beneficial.
Proficiency with CRM platforms, MS Office tools, and basic data analysis for sales reporting is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
