Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1/Level 2 desktop and technical support to end users.
Troubleshoot Windows OS, desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 11 operating systems and standard business applications.
Perform hardware troubleshooting, including RAM, HDD/SSD, keyboard, mouse, monitor, and network connectivity issues.
Create, update, and resolve IT service desk tickets within defined SLA timelines.
Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and OneDrive.
Perform user onboarding and offboarding, including device allocation, software installation, and access coordination.
Support Active Directory user accounts, password resets, account unlocks, and basic group membership changes.
Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic network connectivity issues.
Install and update antivirus/endpoint security agents and ensure devices comply with security policies.
Maintain IT asset inventory, including desktops, laptops, monitors, and accessories.
Support device deployment, replacement, and asset handover activities.
Provide remote support using approved remote assistance tools.
