Role Description The Director role at TMUS Global Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. This role is responsible for setting strategic direction for a technology-focused organization, leading cross-functional teams, and driving initiatives that align with T-Mobile’s global goals. The Director will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs, manage budgets and resources, and ensure outcomes meet quality and performance standards. Daily responsibilities include coaching and developing leaders, fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusion, and partnering with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making. The Director will also be expected to identify opportunities for innovation, improve processes, and support organizational growth in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in senior leadership or director-level roles, with a background in technology, product, or operations management.
Strong strategic planning and execution skills, including portfolio management, program oversight, and resource allocation.
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, build inclusive cultures, and manage change in a dynamic environment.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing executive leadership and cross-functional partners.
Solid understanding of technology-driven businesses, digital transformation, and innovation frameworks.
Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field.
Experience working in global or matrixed organizations; prior exposure to telecom or large-scale tech enterprises is an advantage.
