Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi NCR, India. The specialist will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and promote GEOSUN’s water and solar solutions across target markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering sales presentations, coordinating product demonstrations, and supporting tender and proposal documentation. The role involves collaborating with internal technical teams to align solutions with client requirements, tracking sales performance, and contributing to marketing campaigns, events, and digital outreach. The specialist will also provide basic product training and support to clients and partners to ensure effective implementation and long-term engagement.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive lead generation, negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage sales pipelines.
Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver product and solution overviews to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Relevant experience in sales or marketing within renewable energy, water management, infrastructure, or related engineering sectors is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Delhi, travel to client locations as needed, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency in basic office and CRM software, strong organizational skills, and a results-oriented, ethical approach to business development.
